Carpet Cleaning Process
Step 1:
Our first step will be a walk-through of the areas you would like serviced to answer any questions you may have as well as providing our professional opinion what steps need to be taken to meet all your needs.
Step 2:
Our next step will be to apply a customized pre-spray on all of the carpet being serviced based on your carpet’s needs.
This loosens up soils and spots, and prepares the carpet for cleaning and extraction.
Step 3:
Following our customized pre-spray, we will use our high-powered, truck-mounted equipment, combined with a neutral-based rinsing agent to throughly steam clean and rinse out dirt, soiling, pre-spray, and any other cleaning agents left behind, leaving a residue-free carpet. This process will allow the carpet to return to the same pH it had when it was new. This method ensures that your carpets will stay cleaner than using any other method.
Step 4:
As we are cleaning and rinsing your carpet, if there are any stubborn stains that remain, we have a wide variety of stain specific spot cleaning agents we can apply if needed.
Step 5:
Finally, we will use our high-powered equipment to complete one additional dry pass to ensure that your carpets dry as soon as possible. It’s twice the work, but we really do care about how long your carpet will take to dry. Very few carpet cleaning companies go to this length to speed up your drying process.
